JOB OVERVIEW

We’re looking for an experienced, fast, and detail-obsessed video editor who wants to grow fast and work on high-performance video projects.
If you're lazy, satisfied with average work, don’t like pressure, or aren’t serious about improving your skills — do not apply.

The Role
Position: Senior Video Editor
Type: Remote, Full-Time Only
Schedule: 40/50 hours a week
Salary: Above average, will depend on your video editing skills(with bonuses you can get to earn $2000/2500 already after a few months)
Bonus: $300 every time a video you edited generates $30,000+ in profitable ad spend

1+ year experience editing direct response video ads (Facebook, YouTube, TikTok)
Strong creativity and passion for content creation

Can handle pressure and short deadlines
Perfectionist mindset and high standards
Personal drive for growth and constant improvement

What You’ll Be Doing
Editing high-performance video ads and VSLs
Working closely with the media buying team to optimize creative
Delivering fast, clean edits under tight deadlines
Iterating and improving based on feedback and results
