Digital Marketing Specialist

Position Overview
Britton Construction & Restoration is seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to manage and grow our online presence. This role will be responsible for improving our search engine rankings, managing and updating our website, coordinating email marketing campaigns, and overseeing our social media platforms.
The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and experienced in SEO, website management, and digital marketing strategies that generate leads and increase brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities
Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve website rankings on Google and other search engines
Perform keyword research related to construction, restoration, and property management services
Optimize website content, metadata, and structure for SEO
Monitor SEO performance and provide monthly reporting
Build backlinks and improve domain authority
Website Management
Update website content, service pages, blog posts, and landing pages
Implement on-page SEO improvements
Upload images, content, and project case studies
Improve website performance, structure, and user experience
Coordinate with developers if technical updates are needed
Social Media Management
Manage company social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
Create and schedule posts related to projects, tips, and company updates
Respond to comments and messages when appropriate
Grow engagement and follower base

Email Marketing
Create and manage email marketing campaigns
Design and send newsletters and promotional emails
Build and maintain email lists
Track open rates and campaign performance
Content Marketing
Write or coordinate blog posts related to construction, restoration, and property management topics
Develop content that helps improve SEO rankings
Create marketing materials and lead generation content
Analytics & Reporting
Track website traffic and marketing performance using tools such as Google Analytics and SEO platforms
Provide monthly performance reports and recommendations.

Required Skills
Strong understanding of SEO best practices
Experience managing WordPress or similar CMS
Experience with Google Analytics and Google Search Console
Social media management experience

Email marketing experience (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or similar)
Strong English communication skills
Attention to detail and organization
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with construction, restoration, or home services companies
Experience with local SEO and Google Business profiles
Knowledge of website speed optimization
Experience with graphic design tools
Basic understanding of paid advertising (Google Ads / Facebook Ads)
