Role Overview
The Sales & Operations Coordinator plays a critical behind-the-scenes role in keeping Gutter Guru's growth engine running. You'll own our outbound lead generation, daily
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation
- Research and identify potential leads using LinkedIn and Apollo based on target customer criteria
- Collect key contact information including name, company, and
- Add and maintain leads in the designated Google Sheets folder, ensuring all records are accurate, complete, and properly formatted for outreach campaigns
- Keep lead lists clean and organized for use in YAMM mail merge campaigns
Daily
- Execute daily outbound
- Set up correct
- Review YAMM reports after each campaign and record key metrics
- Maintain organized documentation of all outreach results for reporting and performance review
Phone Number Research
- Work through existing contact lists to locate and add missing phone numbers
- Source numbers by reviewing
- Update Pipedrive CRM with all discovered contact information
Subcontractor Payments
- Process payments to subcontractors and track payment schedules
- Confirm subcontractors are paid accurately and on time
- Maintain organized payment records for internal reporting
Accounts Receivable Management
- Monitor outstanding customer invoices and follow up on pending or overdue balances
- Communicate professionally with customers regarding payment status
- Record received payments in both the CRM and QuickBooks to keep financial records up to date
What We're Looking For
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail — data accuracy is non-negotiable
- Comfortable working with tools like Google Sheets, LinkedIn, Apollo, YAMM, Pipedrive, and QuickBooks
- Self-starter who can manage daily workflows independently without heavy oversight
- Clear communicator, both written and verbal
- Prior experience in lead generation, sales support, or administrative operations is a plus
