Job Title: Appointment Setter / Cold Caller (Website Services)
Compensation: Base + Commission (performance-based)
$2.50 USD - 3.50 USD (hourly)

Role Overview:
We’re looking for a confident and driven Appointment Setter / Cold Caller to reach out to potential clients, spark interest, and book qualified calls. You will be the first point of contact, so strong communication skills and professionalism are essential.
Responsibilities:
Make outbound cold calls to businesses
Introduce and position our website services
Identify client needs and qualify leads
Book appointments for the sales team
Track activity and update CRM systems
Requirements:
Experience in customer service, sales, or cold calling
Strong spoken English (clear, confident, professional)
Comfortable speaking with business owners and decision-makers
Tech-savvy (CRM tools, dialers, spreadsheets, etc.)
Reliable internet and a quiet work environment
Self-motivated and results-driven
Bonus (Not Required):
Experience selling marketing or website services
Familiarity with lead generation tools
