Our team is looking to hire Virtual Assistants for the following businesses like:
*INSURANCE
*REAL ESTATE

We need for fill the following role/s:

TELEMARKETERS
(relevant businesses in Insurance, Real Estate, & the likes)
APPOINTMENT SETTERS
(relevant businesses in Insurance, Real Estate, & the likes)

Tasks/ Assignments
•Cold Call Clients
•Pitch for sales
•Follow scripts
•Manage CRM listings/data
•Send reports to the client and CSM

Qualifications
•Cold calling or Sales Experience in the past is required
•BPO or Call Center experience is a PLUS
•Has experience with different types of dialers and CRMs.
•Can generate a report using excel/ google sheets - Mid Level
•Can work during PST/ EST hours
•Experience in the US insurance process is a PLUS

We require VAs who are:
- Stable main lined internet connection with reliable back up either another line or mobile Wi-Fi devices.
- Laptop/PC with updated OS and RAM of at least 8GB with better processors from i5 or higher or equivalent
- Fully equipped in technical devices and is already tech savvy to self troubleshoot or resourceful enough to resolve PC and Net Issues
- Must have noise cancelling headset/earphones/microphones or knows noise cancelling software or work areas with minimized background noise and distractions
- High school or college level or degree holder or higher
- Experience working with the same businesses or companies either in US for a year or more
- Willing to work on US time zones
