Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize advertising campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max)
Analyze performance and continuously improve CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates
Manage and scale budgets effectively
Conduct A/B testing on ads, landing pages, and funnels
Collaborate with the team to improve overall marketing performance
Requirements
Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience with Google Ads or similar platforms
Proven experience managing ad budgets with clear performance results
Strong understanding of tracking systems (GA4, Conversion Tracking, GTM is a plus)
Performance-driven mindset focused on ROI, not just traffic
High sense of responsibility, proactivity, and problem-solving skills
