Shopify Virtual Assistant (Remote)

Must be extremely detail oriented, and learn quickly. Familiarity with Shopify is important.

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Shopify Ecommerce Manager to help maintain, organize, and scale a high-volume Shopify store.

Requirements

3+ years hands-on Shopify experience
Deep experience working with data, spreadsheets, and bulk edits
Highly organized and detail-driven

Strong experience with:

Shopify metafields
Creating and managing product templates
Bulk product listings, edits, and imports
Variant management, tagging, collections, and product structure
Comfortable maintaining clean systems and documentation

Nice to Have
Experience with custom Shopify themes
Familiarity with inventory-heavy or high-SKU catalogs
Experience supporting fast-growing ecommerce brands

Role
Manage product listings and templates
Maintain metafields and structured data
Ensure consistency and accuracy across the storefront
Support ongoing site improvements and feature updates
