JOB OVERVIEW

Choose Your Schedule: Mon–Fri OR Wed–Sun | 6 AM–2 PM EST | $3/hour | 40 hrs/week | Long-Term Role | Good communication and Listing Skills | Lots of room for growth!

We are looking for a reliable, tech-comfortable independent contractor to join our real estate team as a full-time assistant. This is a fixed-schedule role, not a flexible-hours position. We need someone who follows directions closely, communicates clearly, and wants to grow with a team long-term.

NOTE: This is a 1099 independent contractor position. No benefits. You are responsible for your own equipment, internet, and taxes. A W-8BEN form is required.

SCHEDULE
- Option A: Monday through Friday
- Option B: Wednesday through Sunday
- Hours: 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM Eastern Time (New York)
- You must commit to one schedule and keep it consistently

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Daily admin tasks and team coordination
- Organize documents, schedules, and digital assets
- Content updates and template-driven social media design in Canva
- Data entry and communication tracking
- Follow task direction closely and respond promptly

PREFERRED SKILLS
- Canva (required for interview demo)
- Google Drive and Google Sheets
- Real estate CRM platforms
- Strong written and spoken English

IMPORTANT - WHAT WE EXPECT
This role requires someone who follows direction the first time, every time. Our team moves fast. If you receive feedback or instructions, we expect them to be acknowledged and acted on immediately. Candidates who struggle to take direction or require repeated correction will not be a good fit.

INTERVIEW REQUIREMENTS
You must be prepared to do the following live on Google Meet:
- Show your internet speed test (upload/download) in real time
- Show your laptop/desktop specs (RAM, processor) on screen
- Walk through a Canva task or show past Canva work
