We’re a Direct-to-Consumer eCommerce company operating since 2016. We sell a diverse range of products across Home & Kitchen, Office, Outdoor, and Stationery categories on Amazon, Walmart, Best Buy, and Shopify. Our remote team works Asia-Pacific.
ROLE SUMMARY
We’re looking for a Graphic Designer to join our creative team as a hands-on individual contributor. You’ll work alongside another designer. This is a design-execution role — you’ll be creating, not managing.
You’ll work across our full product portfolio — from designing kids’ water bottles to creating eCommerce listing assets (Amazon images, A+ Content, infographics) and social media content. We’re looking for someone with a background in stationery, print layout, or journal/planner design, as that sensibility translates well to our product mix. But the work itself will span categories.
We need someone who is AI-native. You should already be using AI tools (Midjourney, ChatGPT, Adobe Firefly, Canva AI, etc.) in your design workflow and be excited about pushing the boundaries of what’s possible. We’ll be testing and adopting new tools constantly — you need to keep up and help us lead the way.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Product & Creative Design
• Design across product categories: packaging, labels, product graphics (e.g., kids’ water bottles), and print-ready files
• Create interior layouts and covers for planners, journals, and notebooks when needed
• Develop design templates and systems that can scale across product lines
• Stay current on design trends and what resonates with our core audience (women 25–45)
eCommerce Visual Assets
• Design Amazon listing images: main images, lifestyle photos, and infographics
• Create A+ Content and enhanced brand content for marketplace platforms
• Produce visual assets that drive conversion and communicate product value quickly
Social Media Content
• Create scroll-stopping social media graphics for Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, and
• Design content that fits the brand aesthetic and appeals to our audience
• Support campaign concepts and seasonal content calendars
AI & Tools
• Use AI tools daily in your design workflow — for ideation, asset generation, and production speed
• Proactively test and evaluate new AI creative tools as they launch
• Help the team build AI-assisted workflows that improve quality and output
REQUIREMENTS
• 3–6 years of professional design experience (eCommerce, product design, or publishing preferred)
• Strong portfolio showing stationery, print layout, or product design work — especially for a female consumer audience
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and/or Canva Pro
• Demonstrable experience using AI tools in your creative process (show us, don’t just tell us)
• Strong understanding of what sells on Amazon and marketplace platforms
• Eye for typography, color, and layout with a design sensibility that resonates with women 25–45
• Self-starter who can take a brief and run with it without heavy oversight
• Reliable internet and a professional remote work setup
NICE TO HAVE
• Experience designing planners, journals, or stationery products specifically
• Motion graphics or short-form video editing skills
• Experience with Shopify or DTC brand design
