JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Licensed Landscape Architect with at least 5 years of experience to join our design team. The ideal candidate will blend technical precision with creative flair, overseeing the development of comprehensive site plans that integrate complex hardscape features, aquatic elements, and regional horticulture.

This role requires a professional who is as comfortable navigating government zoning regulations as they are designing a custom fountain or selecting the perfect palette of Florida-native vegetation. You will be responsible for managing projects from initial concept through detailed construction documentation, ensuring every design is both beautiful and buildable.

Position Requirements:

* Degree in Landscape Architecture
* In-depth experience designing and preparing site plans and landscape/hardscape plans
* Ability to review and apply government regulations
* Knowledge and experience with hardscape and construction details
* Experience with hardscape materials, pools, and fountain design
* Knowledge of Florida vegetation and growing conditions
* Strong AutoCAD, Microsoft (Word and Excel) skills
* Working knowledge of graphic software programs (Adobe Photoshop, Sketchup, and
PowerPoint)
* Ability to manage multiple priorities
* Work samples
* Positive attitude and Proven ability to meet rigid project deadlines.
* Minimum Experience: 5 years
* Minimum Education Level: Bachelor’s Degree
* Required Major: Landscape Architecture

* Freehand illustration and rendering skills
* Good communication and verbal presentation skills
