Accounting solutionZ is looking for a Senior Accountant who is not only willing to add value but is also eager to seize growth opportunities and contribute to the expansion of our dynamic accounting firm.

ABOUT THE TEAM:
Hi, we are Andy and Kathy, and we're partners at Accounting solutionZ! Our firm is a cloud-based financial accounting firm that focuses on keeping our clients' books clean, organized, and up to date monthly.

What we look for:
- Someone who has 5 years of Accounting & Bookkeeping experience
- Someone who has 5 years of QuickBooks & Excel experience
- Someone who has 5 years of Management Experience
- Someone who has 3-5 experience working in a US company/business
- Entrepreneurial mentality
- Excellent communication
- Full-time availability (40+++ hours per week)
- Monday to Friday, Saturday if needed
- Capable of working from Mon to Fri, Sat if needed
- Capable of working from 7am CST onwards
- Accounting solutionZ must be the ONLY work commitment

Equipment Minimum Requirements:
- Computer/Laptop with dual monitor
- Windows 11 Pro/Mac OS 15.2 Sequoia
- SSD & 128 storage
- Intel Core i5 or equivalent
- 16GB RAM
- 20mbps internet speed & backup

Responsibilities may include but are not limited to the following:
- Managing projects
- Delegating & managing tea ---------- mbers task & work
- Onboarding & cleaning up the client's books
- Cleanup of accounts
- Monthly review of client's financials
- Bank, credit card, and main balance sheet account reconciliations
- Accounts payable
- Accounts receivable
- Payroll processing
- Cleaning/organizing electronic files/reports
- Help with financial reporting
- Help with internal processes
- Communicating with clients

Pay & Benefits: (PH)
- $9 per hour (Depending on experience)
- After 6 months of probationary
> Plus up to $1 on hourly rate (Depends on performance)
> Regular hourly rate for OT (After 40 hours/ week)
> 30 minutes daily paid break
> 30 paid days off (Yearly & prorated)
> 10 paid holidays off(Yearly)
> 50 paid maternity days off/20 paid paternity days off
> Health insurance covered at 100%
> Quarterly bonuses (At the company's discretion)
> Annual increase
> Milestone incentive
-Note: The probationary period is a minimum of 6 months, but may be extended depending on your performance.
