JOB OVERVIEW

We're looking for a skilled video creator who lives and breathes crypto technical analysis and understands the YouTube algorithm. You'll help produce high-quality TA-focused videos for a fast-growing crypto YouTube channel.

Think channels like ---------- - clean charts, sharp analysis, visually engaging breakdowns. That's the standard we're going for.

This is a very high-opportunity role. Base salary plus a commission split on revenue means your earning potential scales directly with how well you perform.

What We're Looking For:
- Deep understanding of crypto markets and technical analysis
- Strong design sense - your charts and thumbnails should stand out because of their cleanliness
- Knowledge of the YouTube algorithm and what makes crypto content perform
- Original thinker who can spot setups and trends before they go mainstream
- Ability to turn analysis into engaging video content that keeps viewers watching

Compensation:
- $1,000/month base salary
- Revenue commission split on top (these amounts can be super high)
- Bonuses for strong performance and channel growth
