ABOUT US:
We are currently seeking 1-2 motivated and experienced Real estate Listing Manager/ Transaction Coordinator professionals as a dedicated hi-level support staff for our Real Estate Team. This is a full time position and the intention is for this to be a long term role. Our current support staff have all been with us 3+ years.
JOB OVERVIEW:
This position requires an experienced and highly skilled candidate who will primarily focus on supporting the real estate transaction process, ensuring smooth and timely closings. Previous Listing coordinator and MLS experience and in depth knowledge of the contract to close process is REQUIRED. Please do not apply if you do not have high level, hands on Listing and Transaction management experience. We are not looking fort general support. Experience with eXp Systems is a plus. You’ll also provide general administrative support. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, highly organized, and looking to grow in the real estate industry.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Transaction Management: Oversee and support the full real estate transaction process from contract to closing, including coordinating timelines, documents, and communication between agents, clients, and other parties.
- MLS Listings: Create and manage property listings on Multiple Listing Services (experience with OneKey/HGAR MLS is a plus)
- Property Descriptions: Write compelling and accurate property descriptions to showcase listings.
- Administrative Support: Assist the with tasks such as managing
- Social Media & Content Creation: Post and create content for listings on social media platforms.
- Client and Partner Outreach: Manage outbound calls, texts,
LOOKING FOR:
- Minimum 1 year of real estate experience, preferably with eXp Realty systems like SkySlope.
- Previous direct support of top producing listing agents managing listings from start to finish.
- In depth understanding of the Real Estate transaction contract to close process
- Experience with managing and responding to communications on behalf of CEO
- Ability to manage 20+ transactions at once and keep track of changing status and priorities.
- Strong proficiency with Google Drive, MLS, CRM, Canva and eXp tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Highly organized, quick thinking and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
- A positive, team-oriented attitude with a strong desire to grow and succeed in the real estate industry.
