Sales Associate - Outbound & Growth

Mission: Hunt, engage, and convert D2C brands into long-term clients for
QuickAds' AI-powered managed creative services.

We need a sharp, creative Sales Associate who doesn't wait for leads to come in.
Someone who finds the right brands, opens doors in unexpected ways, and turns
conversations into clients.

What You'll Own
Lead Generation - Your Most Important Job
Your pipeline starts with you. You'll build systems to find leads, qualify them, and
keep them flowing. That means going beyond the obvious.
? Identify mid-size D2C brands and relevant decision makers worth pursuing.
? Build targeted prospect lists and constantly refresh your pipeline with fresh, relevant leads.

Multi-Channel Outreach
? Run personalized cold email and calling campaigns that actually get replies- no templates, no spray-and-pray.
? Engage prospects on LinkedIn with thoughtful, value-first messaging and content interaction.
? Explore unconventional channels like DMs on Instagram, voice notes, Loom videos, engaging with brand content and more to stand out
? Build sequences and follow-up cadences that feel human, not automated.

Qualification & Conversion
? Run sharp discovery calls to uncover pain points around ad creative, spend efficiency, and scaling.
? Qualify leads based on brand size, ad spend, growth stage, and decision-maker access.
? Demonstrate QuickAds' value clearly and move prospects through the funnel to close.

Pipeline & Performance
? Own your CRM and lead list - keep it clean, updated, and actionable.
? Track outreach metrics, reply rates, meeting conversions, and revenue targets.
? Report weekly on what's working, what's not, and how you're iterating.

You're a Fit If You...
? Have 2–4 years in outbound sales - agency, SaaS, or selling to D2C/e- commerce brands preferred.
? Love the hunt - finding the right brand, the right contact, and the right angle excites you.
? Write exceptionally well and know how to make a cold email feel like it was written just for that one person.
? Think beyond email - you've booked meetings via LinkedIn, Instagram DMs, or approaches most people haven't tried.
? Are self-directed, metrics-driven, and thrive without a script.
