JOB OVERVIEW

I run a fast-growing YouTube channel (100K+ subscribers) focused on visual content and performance-based videos.

I’m looking for someone who can find high-performing YouTube videos and break down WHY they work — so we can replicate winning ideas.

This is not a basic admin role.
You’ll be responsible for identifying patterns in successful content.

Your Role:

When required (typically monthly or bi-monthly), you will:

Find 30–50 high-performing YouTube videos

Analyse what makes them successful (titles, hooks, thumbnails)

Organise everything into a clear spreadsheet

Suggest improved or similar video ideas based on your findings

What You Must Deliver (Spreadsheet Columns):

Video Title

Channel Name

Subscriber Count

Views

Link

Thumbnail Screenshot

Hook Summary (Why would someone click?)

Why It Worked (1–2 sentences)

Suggested Angle (How we could improve or recreate it)

What I’m Looking For:

Strong attention to detail

Good written English

Ability to think logically and identify patterns

Interest in YouTube or content creation (preferred)

Important:

This role is about thinking, not just collecting links.

If you perform well, this can become a long-term role with more responsibility.

To Apply:

Find 3 high-performing YouTube videos

For each video, write:

Why it performed well

How you would improve or recreate it

Start your application with the word: MAGIC

Applications without this will not be considered.
