JOB OVERVIEW

We are Novair Health — a six-figure/month DTC supplement brand selling Debloat,
the first men's facial debloating and jawline definition supplement. We sell to
a specific demographic: young men aged 18–35 who are lean, gym-trained, deep in
fitness culture, and obsessed with optimizing their appearance. We know our
customer. We know our numbers. We move fast.

We are hiring a full-time Meta Video Editor for paid ads — Facebook and Instagram.
This is NOT an organic content role. If your background is purely organic social
or YouTube, do not apply. Every edit you produce is accountable to a ROAS, a
click-through rate, and a conversion. You are not editing for likes. You are
editing for revenue.

This is a full-time position (40 hours/week) with flexible hours. You will be
required to track your time using a time tracker of your choice from day one.
No exceptions. All communication is done exclusively through ---------- . If you are
not on ---------- or are not comfortable using it as your primary communication
platform, do not apply.

Base pay is $3/hour. Top performers receive significant performance bonuses tied
directly to ad performance — ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates on creatives you
produce. We pay well for people who deliver winning ads. We part ways quickly
with people who don't.

We will provide all necessary tools including Claude AI, Freepik, and any other
software required to do the job at a high level. You focus on the work.

——————————————————————————

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

- Edit UGC and AI-generated video ad creatives for Meta (Facebook and Instagram)
- Source and repurpose organic viral content from TikTok and tools like Kalodata
into high-performing paid ad formats
- Produce multiple hook variants for A/B testing on the same creative
- Edit Reels-format and Instagram-format video ads — short, punchy, and
scroll-stopping
- Deliver consistent volume of test creatives to feed our paid media pipeline

——————————————————————————

YOU MUST HAVE ALL OF THE FOLLOWING:

- Proven experience editing paid video ads specifically for Meta (Facebook and
Instagram) — not organic content, not YouTube, not corporate videos
- Hard proof of results — you must provide ad examples with at least one
performance metric attached (ROAS, CTR, CPP, or conversion rate). No metrics,
no interview
- Understanding of hook structure, pattern interrupts, pacing, and what keeps
a viewer watching past the first 2 seconds
- Understanding of the marketing awareness funnel — you know the difference
between a cold traffic creative and a retargeting ad
- Experience sourcing and repurposing viral content from TikTok or similar
platforms for paid use
- Experience working with UGC footage and AI-generated video content
- Familiarity with AI tools for video production and enhancement
- Experience with any time tracking software
- Understanding of the men's fitness, supplement, and self-improvement space

——————————————————————————

AUTOMATIC DISQUALIFIERS — DO NOT APPLY IF:

- Your experience is only in organic content, YouTube, or non-paid formats
- You cannot provide ad examples with real performance metrics
- Your edits rely on CapCut templates or look low-effort and generic
- You have no understanding of hook strategy or funnel-based creative
- You have never worked with UGC or AI-generated footage
- You have never used a time tracker
- You are not on ---------- or unwilling to use it as your primary communication
platform

——————————————————————————

TO APPLY, YOU MUST ANSWER ALL OF THE FOLLOWING IN YOUR APPLICATION.
Incomplete applications will not be reviewed.

Q1. Send us 2–3 paid ad video examples you have edited for ecommerce brands.
For each, tell us: the product, the platform, and at least one performance metric
(ROAS, CTR, CPP, or conversion rate). No metrics, no review.

Q2. Walk us through how you would build a paid video ad for Debloat targeting a
22-year-old male who is lean but has a bloated, undefined face. What is the hook?
What is the structure? What is the CTA? Be specific.

Q3. How do you identify winning organic content on TikTok or similar platforms
and adapt it into a paid ad? What tools do you use?

Q4. What AI video tools are you currently using? Give us a specific example of
how you used AI to produce or enhance a video ad.

Q5. What is your editing turnaround time for a 30-second ad creative from raw
footage to final deliverable?

Q6. What time tracking software have you used and for how long?

——————————————————————————

If you read all of this and you meet every requirement — we want to hear from you.
This role has real bonus upside for someone who consistently produces winning
creatives. We are not looking for someone to fill a seat. We are looking for
someone who treats every edit like it has money riding on it — because it does.
