The Mission

We aren’t just another TikTok shop. We have the best physical tik tok studio in the UK, we have built a state-of-the-art, dedicated production studio—the best in the country—specifically to dominate TikTok Live and social commerce.
We have the stock, the infrastructure, and the world-class content. Now, we need the "Engine Room." We are looking for a high-level Growth Manager in the Philippines to take our digital empire to the next level. If you are a data-driven expert who thrives on scaling brands and hitting massive ROI targets, we want to talk to you.
What You’ll Be Doing (The Expectations)
• Ads Manager Command: You will own our TikTok Ads account. Your primary KPI is maintaining a 3.0+ ROI (ROAS) while scaling our daily spend. You must understand hook testing, audience layering, and Spark Ads.
• Affiliate Army Builder: You will lead a high-volume outreach strategy. Your goal is to get our products into the hands of hundreds of UK creators every month. You will manage the samples, the relationships, and the commissions.
• Content Architect: We provide the "raw" high-quality footage from our pro studio. You turn it into high-converting ads. You’ll sync trending audio, craft captions, and ensure every video is optimised for the "Yellow Basket."
• Shop Health Guard: You will be responsible for our Seller Center "Health Score." This means 24/7 monitoring, rapid customer responses, and ensuring 100% compliance with TikTok UK policies.

• Proven UK Experience: You have managed UK-based TikTok Shops before and understand British shipping, VAT, and consumer vibes.
• Data Obsession: You don't just "post videos." You live in the analytics. You know why a 2.0 ROI dropped and exactly how to fix it.
• The Hustle: You are proactive. You don't wait for instructions; you see an opportunity to trend or a creator to message, and you take it.
• Fluent English: Your written communication must be perfect for our UK customer base.
