We are looking for a long-term content-focused assistant to help grow a premium e-commerce brand in the intimacy / relationship education space.

This role is ideal for someone creative, emotionally intelligent, independent, and comfortable working in adult-adjacent content that must remain tasteful, subtle, and platform-safe.

The product is designed for beginners exploring trust, connection, and sensuality, so understanding how to communicate suggestive ideas without triggering platform restrictions is extremely important.

Main Responsibilities:

- Create faceless social media content for TikTok, Instagram, X, Facebook, YouTube, and Pinterest

- Write captions that fit brand tone and platform style

- Repurpose content to post in different formats across different platforms

- Generate original content ideas independently

- Edit short-form content using Canva, CapCut, or similar tools

- Write blog posts related to intimacy, trust, beginner exploration, and relationship topics

- Research and help identify affiliate / influencer partners

- Assist with outreach messages and creator follow-up

- Gradually become a brand expert and understand what content performs best

Ideal Candidate:

- Comfortable working in adult-adjacent / intimacy-related content

- Strong initiative — able to think ahead and propose ideas

- Can follow direction well without taking feedback personally

- Emotionally intelligent writing style

- Understands subtle, tasteful communication

- Understands platform restrictions surrounding adult/explicit content and creates content that avoids platform suppression

- Organized and reliable

- Interested in long-term growth with a brand

Tools / Experience with at least some of the following:

- Canva

- CapCut

- Basic AI writing tools

- Social media scheduling tools (optional)

Work Structure:

- Full-Time (40 hours per week, flexible work schedule)

- Long-term role

- Starting pay $600/month for one month trial period (paid weekly for first 30 days, bi-weekly after)

- For the right candidate, salary will quickly jump to $800/month (within 3 - 6 months)

- Yearly salary increase based on performance

- 13th month earned after first year of work

Important:

This role is not for a generic VA.

We are looking for someone who can eventually think like part of the brand, not just complete tasks.
