Community Success Coordinator
Location: Remote
Compensation: $700 USD/month retainer with Bonus capabilities.
Hours: 15 - 20 hours/week
This is a retainer-based role because the work doesn’t fit neatly into a timesheet. Some weeks you’re prepping orientation slides at 7:30am, other weeks you’re hosting a live Zoom at 6pm, and in between you’re monitoring the community, creating content, and keeping members engaged. The retainer covers your full scope of availability — not just active task hours — so you’re compensated for being present, prepared, and reliable across the month.
Time: 7:30am morning prep 8am - 11:30am cst working tasks
Must be available 6-8pm cst twice a month to host monthly orientation.

???? Role Summary
You’ll lead growth, engagement, events, and retention for our Skool-based private membership community (850ClubElite) for a credit education company 850 Club Credit. With a blend of strategic thinking and friendly enthusiasm, you’ll help members feel seen, supported, and excited to participate.
???? Key Responsibilities
Daily Engagement:
Monitor Skool for new posts/comment, welcome new members within 2 hours, reply proactively to questions or concerns.
You must have interest in watching to understand our courses about credit education to help guide members to the correct courses.
Content & Posting:
Create 15 engaging posts per week—discussion prompts, member wins, mini-insights, or feedback loops.
You must be able to create canva graphics that’s relevant to events inside the community.
You must be able to create orientation slides for speakers that will be hosting events.
Event Coordination:
Run Zoom-based orientation sessions twice a month; manage weekly live calls/masterclasses (scheduling, reminders, post-event follow-up)
You must be upbeat and energetic, attending zoom sessions independently, upsell new members into new offerings during orientation calls and representing the company well.
You will also create community related events for the credit education company that increase engagement.
Reporting & Strategy:
Submit short Loom or Google video check-ins every Friday summarizing activity, challenges, and next steps with your weekly report.
Retention & Growth:
Monitor engagement trends, identify churn risks, foster referrals and organic growth strategies.
Team Collaboration:
Be available for daily check-ins via Google Chat to support tea

Monday: Kickoff post & weekend activity review
Tuesday: Prep engagement content & follow up with inactive new members
Wednesday: Assist/run the live call + submit mid-week video report
Thursday: Post engagement threads; check engagement/churn data
Friday: Share wins + stats in end-of-week Loom report; update Trello board for completed/in-progress tasks
???? Performance Goals & Bonus Structure
Bring churn under 5% per month
Grow active membership by at least 3-5 net new members each month
Maintain weekly engagement rate of 75%+ (based on posts/comments/reactions)
Bonuses are paid in addition to your monthly retainer when goals are met.
