JOB OVERVIEW

We are Blackburn International, a global entertainment agency working with major cruise lines including Royal Caribbean, Holland America, Princess, and Celebrity.

We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Executive Assistant / Booking Coordinator to join our team full-time.

This is a long-term position with growth opportunities for the right candidate.

You will be working directly with our management team, supporting the booking, coordination, and logistics of entertainers traveling worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:
• Managing artist bookings and schedules
• Coordinating travel and logistics
• Handling email communication with clients and performers
• Updating internal systems and databases
• Assisting with contracts and documentation
• General administrative support

Requirements:
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Extremely detail-oriented (this is critical)
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks
• Reliable and proactive communicator
• Comfortable working during East Coast US business hours (9am–5pm EST)
• Experience with admin, coordination, or logistics preferred
