We’re Hiring: Freelance Social Media content copywriter (Freelance, Remote)

Do you love experimenting with social media, bringing content to life in fun, creative ways?

At Find Your Superpower, we help professionals build their personal brands and stand out online. Founded by LinkedIn Top Voice Dr Juliana Chan, our community has grown rapidly on LinkedIn and Instagram, and now we’re expanding into TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Threads, and Substack.

We’re looking for freelance creatives to join our content pool. If you’re excited to repurpose content into scroll-stopping posts and short videos, we’d love to collaborate with you on a project basis.

What you’ll be doing:
- Repurpose existing content (LinkedIn posts, newsletters, long-form videos) into short-form videos for Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
- Use tools like CapCut (or similar) to cut, edit, and polish videos.
- Adapt content for new platforms like Threads and Substack, guided by best practices.
- Share ideas on how to make our content fresh, engaging, and platform-friendly.

Who we’d love to work with
- You have an active presence on LinkedIn and/or Instagram (It doesn’t need to be big, just active).
- You’re curious about TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Threads, Substack (bonus if you’ve used them).
- You have basic video editing skills (CapCut equivalent or more).
- You’re reliable, responsive, and easy to collaborate with.
- Most importantly: you enjoy experimenting, sharing your ideas, and having fun with content.
