JOB OVERVIEW

Position: Real Estate Cold Caller / Appointment Setter

Full Time Only

About the Role:

We are looking for motivated cold callers to join our real estate team. Your job is to make outbound calls using our dialer and speak with homeowners to see if they are interested in selling their property.

This is a simple and structured role — you will follow a script, ask a few questions, and submit qualified leads.

Responsibilities:

Make 300–500 calls per day using our dialer (ReadyMode)

Speak with homeowners and ask a few simple questions

Identify and submit qualified leads

Follow instructions and stay consistent

Schedule (EST Time – 40 Paid Hours/Week):

Monday – Wednesday: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM

Thursday – Friday: 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM

Saturday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Breaks are taken within the shift and are not included in paid hours.

Requirements:

Clear and understandable English

Comfortable speaking on the phone

Able to follow a script

Reliable and consistent

Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Nice to Have (Not Required):

Cold calling experience

Real estate experience

Experience using a dialer (ReadyMode)

Compensation:

$3/hour

$25 per qualified lead

$100–$150 per closed deal
