JOB OVERVIEW

I am looking for a reliable, experienced, and detail oriented Virtual Assistant to support me across multiple businesses. This is an ongoing role for someone who is tech savvy, organized, proactive, and able to help me build and manage systems that keep my businesses running smoothly.

You will help me connect my websites to Growth Hub 365, build and improve funnels, set up workflows and automations, connect payment systems, integrate social media platforms, schedule content, support Instagram growth, and assist with call-to-action funnels that help generate leads and sales.

This is not just a general admin position. I need someone who is comfortable with tech, digital marketing, CRM systems, automation, and backend setup. I am looking for someone who can grow with me long term and become a key part of my team.

Main Responsibilities

Connect websites to Growth Hub 365

Set up and manage workflows and automations

Build and update funnels and landing pages

Connect payment systems and forms

Set up calendars, pipelines, tags, and contact organization

Assist with CRM management across multiple businesses

Integrate social media platforms with Growth Hub 365

Schedule and organize social media content

Help manage Instagram support tasks and call to action marketing funnels

Help create lead generation systems

Support follow up systems for leads and customers

Troubleshoot tech setup issues

Follow written instructions, video instructions, and SOPs

Help keep projects organized and moving forward

Provide regular updates on completed tasks and next steps

Skills and Experience Required

Experience with GoHighLevel or Growth Hub 365 strongly preferred

Experience connecting websites, domains, forms, calendars, and payment systems

Experience building workflows, automations, and sales funnels

Experience with social media scheduling and platform integration

Experience supporting Instagram marketing and lead generation

Strong English communication skills

Very organized and detail oriented

Able to manage multiple tasks across multiple businesses

Able to work independently and solve problems

Reliable internet and dependable work habits
