Role: Video Editor (Creative Visionary)
As our Video Editor, you are responsible for turning real-life transformation into powerful, emotionally-driven content.
You don’t just edit…you shape perception, emotion, and belief through storytelling.

Schedule: 9am- 5pm EST and 4pm- 12 am EST

What You’ll Do:

Turn Monday Mindset classes into high-impact videos and short-form content

Craft promotional videos from live events that sell the experience and movement

Create powerful reels from community wins and transformation stories

Produce and upload content for both Junior Anthony and LiveSotori accounts (YouTube, Instagram, Shorts, etc.)

Transform teachings into educational, engaging, and visually compelling content

Balance both short-form attention-grabbing content and long-form storytelling

Continuously improve content quality, pacing, emotion, and brand perception

Operate remotely with your own equipment and reliable internet

Promotional content creation around live events throughout the year

Edit long-form content like webinars and courses grasping success principles.

Spot “golden nuggets” of wisdom turning them into content that elevates trust and SEO presence.

We Need Someone Who:

Is obsessed with video editing

Studies what’s working at the highest level and brings that inspiration into our brand

Thinks ahead and improves content without needing direction

Has a strong eye for aesthetics, color, pacing, and emotional impact

Understands that content is not just visuals it’s influence and storytelling

Takes pride in making everything feel premium, clean, and intentional

Has a reliable internet connection and computer

Works with at least one of these Premiere pro, Davinci resolve or Final cut

Compensation:
Starting pay: $3/hour - $5/hour

Rate increases based on alignment, performance, and quality of work
