Parks Asset Management is seeking 1–2 Business Development Representatives to support the launch and growth of our newly established asset management and property management division.
This role reports directly to the Founder & CEO and will focus on lead generation, outreach, and appointment setting with property owners and investors.
We are looking for individuals who thrive in a sales-driven environment, are self-motivated, and take ownership of results. Exceptional performance will be expected. Support and guidance will be available, but this is not a role for someone who needs constant supervision.
Responsibilities
• Conduct outbound outreach to property owners and real estate investors
• Generate new leads and schedule qualified appointments
• Follow up with inbound and outbound prospects
• Track outreach activity and results
•Assist in refining sales funnels and outreach strategies
•Work directly with leadership to improve conversion and growth
•Turn leads into appointments.
Qualifications
• Prior sales experience preferred.
• Real estate experience is a plus. Preference for property management business development.
• Property management familiarity is highly preferred. Service based sales roles are also acceptable.
• Strong communication skills. A fluent level of English is mandatory. Ability to communicate in an English accent or similar accent is a must.
• Self-starter with high accountability. You will be given the tools and resources to execute your job.
Compensation
Compensation is structured as Base Pay + Commission + Bonus. High performers will be rewarded generously, there is definitely an opportunity for a really strong take home pay.
