An experienced video editor who lives on Instagram. Not someone who uses it... someone who studies it. You know what's performing, why it's performing, and how to replicate it for different brands and audiences.
You think like a content strategist and execute like a pro. You don't wait to be told what's trending because you already know.

What You'll Be Doing
- Editing short form Reels for multiple clients
- Bringing trend and content ideas to the team proactively
- Handling transcriptions and subtitles with accuracy
- Delivering on time, every time. NO chasing required
- Flagging when something won't perform and knowing why
What You Need
- Proven experience editing short-form content. This is not the place to learn
- A real understanding of Instagram: the algorithm, trends, and what stops the scroll
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve. CapCut is an automatic disqualification
- Strong animation and motion graphics skills. Do not apply if you cannot do this
- Knowledge of audio editing. Compression, EQ, and clean levels are expected, not optional
- Color correction and color grading experience
- Solid English for transcriptions and subtitles. A accuracy matters.
- Ability to handle multiple clients and projects simultaneously without dropping the ball
- Ability to hit deadlines without being followed up on
- Honest, direct communication. We'd rather hear a hard truth than a comfortable excuse
The Opportunity
This starts as a part-time contract at up to $10/hr based on experience, with a probation period during the first 2–3 months.
