Responsibilities:
— Produce ~40 static ad creatives per week across multiple formats and sizes for Meta
— Develop 3–5 fresh creative concepts and angles weekly based on performance data and market research
— Collaborate with the team to identify winning native/video ad elements and adapt them into static formats
— Conduct competitor and market research to stay ahead of trends in the DTC and health/wellness space
— Understand direct-response marketing principles — you're not just making pretty graphics, you're making ads that convert
— Iterate quickly based on performance feedback and A/B test results
— Maintain brand consistency while testing bold new creative directions
Requirements:
— Proven experience designing static ads for Meta
— Strong portfolio showing direct-response ad creative (not just branding work)
— Proficiency in Figma, Canva Pro, or Adobe Creative Suite
— Understanding of direct-response copywriting, hooks, and ad psychology
— Ability to analyze ad performance data and translate insights into creative decisions
— Familiarity with the health, wellness, or supplement space is a plus
— Fast turnaround — comfortable with high-volume output without sacrificing quality
— Self-starter who can take a brief and run with it
