Creative Strategist for E-Commerce brand (Meta Ads & Paid Social) - Full-Time, Remote (UK Supplements Brand)
Salary: $1,000 - $1,500 USD/month (depending on experience)
Payment: Weekly via Wise. Always on time.
Schedule: Monday-Friday, UK hours (3pm-11pm PHT), some flexibility possible.
Reports to: Marketing Director (company co-founder)

THE ROLE
You will be our in-house creative strategist, turning customer research into ad concepts, scripts, copy, and creative briefs that drive sales. You will research what our customers care about, why they buy, and what language they use, then turn that into creative that performs across Meta ads,
This is a strategy and copywriting role, not a design or video editing role.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Research customers and competitors: mine reviews, surveys, support tickets, competitor ads, Reddit, forums, and social comments to find pain points, desires, objections, and the exact language customers use.
- Develop ad angles, hooks, and concepts for Meta ads. Build a structured testing pipeline with fresh concepts weekly.
- Write scripts for UGC video ads (problem-solution, testimonial, listicle, myth-busting, before/after), copy for static and carousel ads,
- Write creative briefs for UGC creators and designers, specifying the hook, angle, talking points, tone, format, and visual direction.
- Analyse ad performance (CTR, hook rate, CPA, ROAS) to identify what is working and what to test next. You are not the media buyer, but you must be comfortable using data to guide creative decisions.
- Research competitor ads via Meta Ad Library and TikTok Creative Centre. Spot trends and opportunities.
- Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Veo3, Gemini daily as part of your creative workflow for copywriting, research, and generating visual/video concepts.

REQUIREMENTS (MUST-HAVE)
- 1-3+ years as a creative strategist or direct-response copywriter for a DTC/e-commerce brand or agency
- Proven results: you can talk about specific ads you wrote and the CTR, CPA, or ROAS impact they had
- Experience conducting your own customer research and turning it into ad angles, not just writing copy from someone else's brief
- Strong direct-response copywriting across video scripts, static ads,
- Experience writing creative briefs for UGC creators or designers
- Active daily use of AI tools: like Claude, Chat GPT or Gemini for copy and research, and AI image/video tools (Veo3, Midjourney or similar).
- Strong written English (you will write customer-facing copy for a UK audience daily)
- Organised and self-directed, able to manage a weekly creative output pipeline without being chased
- Reliable internet and quiet workspace
NICE-TO-HAVE
- Health, beauty, wellness, or supplements industry experience
- Experience with Klaviyo or similar
- Experience writing for a female 30-55 audience
- Shopify or landing page builder experience (Replo, Gem Pages, or similar)
