We do not need someone to manage our brand, we need someone to execute it. Consistently, Cleanly, and without hand holding. If you've edited for a real estate agent, lifestyle brand, or real estate niche before, you already speak our language. Our content drives inbound leads every month. We're looking for a content operator to take raw videos and turn them into edited polished, platform ready content across instagram, tikTok, and YouTube shorts. This is a part time remote role with consistent weekly work. You'll receive footage and brand assets. Your job is to edit , format, waterfall, and post. You'll also oversee instagram DM's, automations, Newsletter and our CRM.
What you'll do:
- Edit raw video footage into short form content (Reels, TikToks, Shorts)
- Add music, captions following brand guidelines
- Repurpose videos, & long form text content across all platforms (waterfall approach, 1 long form into multiple short form pieces of content)
- Maintain a simple content calendar to track output and posting schedule.
What we're looking for:
- Editing experience in basic apps like caplet or instagram edits
- Experience in Real Estate content is not required but preferred
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable, responsive, able to meet turnaround times
- Comfortable with Canva/Google Drive / Notion for file handoff and basic scheduling tools
What this is not:
- Full time job, while it will be available in the future as of now we only need 2-3 active days expecting 10 hrs per week.
- A creative director position - brand direction is already set, you just execute it.
- A strategy Role- You post what's needed and given, on schedule that's provided
