Job Title: Senior SEO Specialist
Location: Remote / Hybrid (Flexible)
Type: Full-Time

About the Role
We are looking for a Senior SEO Specialist who can drive meaningful organic growth, not just rankings. You will take ownership of SEO strategy and execution across key areas, including on-page SEO, technical SEO, internal linking, and content optimisation.

This role suits someone with either broad SEO expertise or deep specialisation in a particular area of SEO, with the ability to deliver measurable results.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Plan and execute SEO strategies that drive traffic, leads, and revenue
- Optimise websites using on-page SEO best practices (content, metadata, structure)
- Identify and implement technical SEO improvements (site speed, indexing, crawlability, schema, etc.)
- Develop and manage internal linking strategies to improve site architecture and authority flow
- Conduct keyword research and content gap analysis
- Monitor performance using tools such as Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.
- Collaborate with content, development, and marketing teams to execute SEO initiatives
- Stay up to date with algorithm changes and industry trends

What We’re Looking For
- 4+ years of experience in SEO
- Strong understanding of on-page SEO, technical SEO, and site structure
- Proven track record of improving organic traffic and rankings
- Experience with SEO tools and analytics platforms
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to think strategically and execute effectively

Bonus Points
- Experience working on large-scale websites or within an agency environment
- Technical background (HTML, CSS, JavaScript SEO)
- Experience with content strategy or CRO
