Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Google Ads Specialist to manage, optimize, and scale our advertising campaigns for multiple moving service locations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience running high-performing campaigns for service-based businesses and be able to increase leads while maximizing ROI.
Responsibilities:
Manage Google Ads campaigns across multiple moving service locations.
Perform keyword research and develop location-specific targeting strategies.
Optimize campaigns for leads, conversions, and overall ROI.
Track and report on key performance metrics (CPC, CTR, CPA, ROAS).
A/B test ad creatives, landing pages, and audience targeting.
Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to align campaigns with business goals.
Stay up-to-date with Google Ads trends, features, and best practices.
Requirements:
Proven experience managing Google Ads accounts, ideally for service-based businesses like moving, logistics, or home services.
Strong understanding of PPC, SEM, remarketing, and conversion tracking.
Experience with multi-location campaigns.
Ability to analyze data and implement actionable strategies.
Familiarity with Google Analytics and reporting tools.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Must work in PST (Los Angeles time zone).
Google Ads certification is a plus.
