JOB OVERVIEW

PLEASE, SERIOUS AND TALENTED APPLICANTS ONLY!! ! We are hiring a highly skilled Thumbnail Designer to join our YouTube channel with over 270,000 subscribers.

This is NOT a beginner role. Must be able to do crisp, eye catching thumbnails and be ADVANCED in Photoshop, Adobe, CANVA, AI APPS and etc. Must be able to be able to take initiative and meet deadlines. If your thumbnails do not look BETTER or as good as than this, please do not apply: ----------

This position directly impacts our click-through rate (CTR), video performance, and overall channel growth. We are looking for someone who understands that thumbnails are packaging — and packaging drives revenue. Must be able to be with a team, and must communicate effectively and meet deadlines on time.

We currently have 270,000+ subscribers, generate approximately 3.4 million views per month, and are growing rapidly. We are expanding our team and looking for motivated, creative individuals who understand human psychology and visual persuasion.

We publish anywhere between 15–30 videos per month, depending on schedule, and require a consistent 24-hour turnaround on all thumbnail projects.

???? Responsibilities
• Create high-performing YouTube thumbnails for reaction and finance-based content
• Deliver thumbnails within 12 hours of receiving assets
• Provide 2–3 strong concepts when requested
• Make fast revisions when needed
• Study our current thumbnails and improve upon them
• Collaborate as part of a team and follow direction carefully
• Be responsive and professional in communication

???? What We Are Looking For
• Advanced Adobe Photoshop skills (non-negotiable)
• Strong cutout skills, lighting adjustments, color grading, and compositing
• Deep understanding of YouTube thumbnail psychology
• Ability to create emotional intensity and strong visual hierarchy
• Understanding of what drives high CTR on YouTube
• Fast turnaround and ability to work under deadlines
• Reliable communication and team-oriented mindset
• Hungry, proactive, and growth-focused attitude

???? Compensation
Starting Pay: $600 USD per month
This includes:
• Up to 25 thumbnails per month
• 12- 24 hour turnaround expectation
• 1–2 revision rounds per thumbnail while still meeting daily requirements.
Additional thumbnails beyond 25 will be compensated separately.
This is a dedicated part-time retainer position. You will be expected to prioritize our projects when assigned.
Compensation increases are performance-based.
???? 60–90 Day Assessment Period
All new hires will begin with a 60–90 day assessment period. During this time, we will evaluate:
• Quality of thumbnail designs
• Consistency of turnaround time
• Ability to follow direction
• Communication and teamwork
• Initiative and creative improvement
• Overall packaging performance
At the end of this period, we will determine long-term fit and discuss potential growth opportunities based on performance.

Briefly explain what makes a YouTube thumbnail high-performing
Confirm you are willing to complete a sample thumbnail design as part of the interview process (UNPAID) To test your thumbnail abilities.
Confirm you are open to a video interview if shortlisted

NOTE: Sample Thumbnail Test IS REQUIRED FOR ALL APPLICANTS
Shortlisted candidates will be asked to complete a sample thumbnail design to evaluate skill level, creativity, ability to follow direction, and understanding of our channel style.
