Job Description
We are looking for an AI-Enabled Web Developer who can build and ship modern, scalable web applications using Next.js and AI-assisted development workflows. This role is centered on leveraging AI tools (Cursor, Claude, OpenAI) to accelerate development, from debugging and testing to architecture and documentation, while delivering production-ready features. You will work in a fast-paced, async environment where speed, quality, and ownership matter.

Key Responsibilities
1. AI-Accelerated Development
Leverage Cursor AI, Claude, and OpenAI to:
- Debug and refactor code efficiently
- Generate tests and documentation
- Plan system architecture
- Optimize performance and workflows
- Integrate AI as a core part of the development process, not just a supplementary tool

2. Front-End Development (Next.js)
Build scalable, responsive applications using Next.js
Develop dynamic UI components and data-driven interfaces
Ensure:
- Fast load times
- Clean, intuitive UX
- Full mobile responsiveness

3. Backend & Data Handling
Build and manage backend logic using modern APIs
Work with Neon (serverless Postgres) for structured data storage
Handle real-time and dynamic data flows across the application

4. Deployment & Performance
Deploy and manage applications using Vercel
Continuously monitor and optimize for:
- Performance
- Scalability
- Reliability

5. Development Workflow
Maintain clean, structured workflows through:
- GitHub branching strategies
- Pull requests
- Code reviews
Collaborate asynchronously with stakeholders and cross-functional teams
Ship features independently with minimal supervision

Qualifications
2+ years of experience with Next.js, React, or modern JS frameworks
Strong experience building data-driven web applications
Hands-on experience with:
- Cursor AI or similar AI coding tools
- Claude / OpenAI for development workflows
Experience deploying via Vercel
Familiarity with Neon or modern database systems
Strong debugging, optimization, and problem-solving skills
Ability to leverage AI to increase development speed and quality
Strong written communication skills (async environment)
