Contractor Kingdom is a digital marketing agency that builds custom websites and runs local SEO campaigns for home service businesses across the United States, HVAC companies, plumbers, roofers, electricians, and more. The Role
We're hiring a full-time UI/UX Designer to create custom website page designs in Figma, working under our Head Designer. This is not a template-tweaking job. You'll be designing unique pages, About Us pages, service pages, special offer pages, maintenance plan pages, and more following provided content, for real businesses that rely on these sites to win customers.

Your primary focus:

Design custom website pages in Figma based on direction from our Head Designer
Take a client's brand identity and expand it into fully fleshed-out page designs following provided media & content — custom bullet point icons, unique section layouts, consistent visual language pulled from the homepage inspiration
Deliver polished, developer-ready Figma comps that our Dev WordPress build team can execute faithfully

When you're not designing website pages, you're our go-to creative problem solver:

Reshape and clean up client logos when source files aren't available (this happens a lot)
Create favicons, and thumbnails
Design static ad creatives for client campaigns
Build internal brand assets for Contractor Kingdom
Handle any other visual/design tasks that come across your desk, jack of all trades mentality
Bonus if you have 3D video rendering skills

What You Must Bring

Strong experience with Figma (this is your primary tool, day in and day out)
Proficiency in Photoshop for image editing, logo work, images and asset creation
Experience using AI tools to enhance your design workflow, without bloating page weight or sacrificing performance
An eye for taking a brand's existing identity and fleshing it out into a full set of cohesive assets (icons, section designs, visual patterns)
Pioneer when it comes to finding cutting edge tools/ software's that can increase our quality & improve your efficiency
A portfolio or sample work you can share with your application (required)
Reliable internet and a setup that supports full-time remote work

You're someone who is hungry. You want to get better at design, not just clock hours. You take feedback well, you study what good design looks like, and you're always looking for ways to level up your craft. You don't need to be hand-held, give you a brand direction and reference material/ websites , and you can run with it.
You're comfortable being a generalist when the team needs it. One hour you're designing custom pages, the next you're exporting a favicon. That responsibility excites you, not overwhelms you.
