Outbound Appointment Setter (BPO / High-Volume Dialer)
Remote | Performance Bonuses | Long-Term Role
We’re hiring experienced BPO-style outbound appointment setter to call US service business owners and connect them to our closer. Multiple openings available. Start on Monday 3/23.
This is a high-volume dialing role. Leads are provided. No research. You’ll dial one after the other.
Your job is ONLY
Live transfer the owner to our closer when available, OR
Book a 15–20 minute presentation on the closer’s calendar
You will not run demos and you will not close sales.
What You’ll Do (Daily)
Make 80–120 outbound calls/day (leads provided)
Get past gatekeepers and reach the decision maker
Live transfer to closer or book the 15–20 minute presentation
Send short follow-up messages when asked
Calls are made inside GoHighLevel (we provide the number +
Calling window: US business hours (9am–5pm local US time)
Performance Bonuses
$5 per qualified presentation attended (owner shows up)
$100 bonus if the deal closes from your appointment
Who This Is For
You should apply if you:
Have BPO / outbound call center experience
Can dial continuously and stay consistent all day
Sound confident and natural speaking with US business owners
Are comfortable handling objections and moving fast
Have reliable internet + quiet workspace + headset
BPO/call center outbound experience is strongly preferred.
