Job Announcement: Lead Coordinator (Remote Position)

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily office operations, including scheduling, meeting coordination, and administrative tasks.
Manage office resources, ensuring all equipment and supplies are available and operational.
Handle phone calls,
Manage relationships with suppliers and coordinate office logistics.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure business goals are met.
Organize and coordinate team events, staff meetings, and other internal activities.
Oversee the quality and efficiency of internal administrative processes.
Handle human resources-related tasks, including coordinating staff schedules, time off, and attendance.
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of office tools (Microsoft Office, task management software, collaboration tools).
Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Proactive attitude and problem-solving ability.
Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
Ability and willingness to work night shifts to coordinate across time zones.
Must have a reliable internet connection and a suitable home office setup.
