Influencer & UGC Talent Manager - Full-Time, Remote (UK Supplements Brand)
Salary: $800-$1200 USD per month (depending on experience)
Payment: Weekly via Wise. Always on time.
Schedule: Monday-Friday, UK hours (3pm-11pm PHT), some flexibility possible.
Reports to: Marketing Director (company co-founder)

UK direct-to-consumer supplements brand. 35+ natural products (collagen, biotin, menopause support, creatine, probiotics). Sold on Shopify and Amazon UK. Over 350,000 customers. Small remote-first team. Real established company, real revenue. We will share the brand name with shortlisted candidates.
THE ROLE
You will own our entire influencer and UGC pipeline: finding creators, outreach, seeding, negotiation, briefing, content management, whitelisting, and building long-term affiliate and ambassador relationships. Content is used in paid Meta ads and organic social. Everything must feel authentic and drive sales.
This is a specialised marketing role, not a general VA position.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Source and discover influencers and UGC creators using discovery tools (Modash, influencer databases, Instagram/TikTok search). Vet creators for fake followers, engagement quality, audience demographics, and brand fit before any outreach.
- Run personalised outreach via DM and
- Run product seeding campaigns, nurture relationships, and convert seeded creators into affiliates and brand ambassadors.
- Negotiate fees, deliverables, timelines, and content usage rights. Know when to seed, when to offer affiliate commission, and when to pay a flat fee.
- Send creative briefs from our team (hooks, talking points, format, tone, CTA, usage rights). Manage reviews and revisions. Deliver labelled content to the paid media team.
- Handle whitelisting for Meta partnership ads and account whitelisting. Coordinate permissions, troubleshoot issues, and work with our media buyer.
- Help manage our affiliate programme (Social Snowball or similar). Track referral codes, commissions, and performance.
- Maintain a clean tracker of all creators, briefs, spend, and results. Send weekly updates. Flag problems early without being asked.
REQUIREMENTS (MUST-HAVE)
- 1-2+ years in influencer marketing, UGC management, or creator partnerships (brand or agency side)
- Experience with seeding campaigns and converting creators into affiliates
- Experience with whitelisting / Meta partnership ads.
- Experience with an affiliate platform (Social Snowball, Aspire, Grin, CreatorIQ, or similar)
- Experience working with creative briefs for performance-focused UGC and managing content contracts/usage rights
- Comfortable negotiating rates, deliverables, and timelines with creators
- Strong written English (you will write outreach, briefs, and negotiate with UK creators daily)
- Experience sourcing creators using discovery tools (Modash or similar) and vetting them for fake followers, engagement quality, and audience fit
- Highly organised, managing many creator relationships without dropping things
- Self-starter who works independently and flags issues proactively
- Reliable internet and quiet workspace

- Health, beauty, wellness, or supplements industry experience
- Shopify familiarity
