Are you a hungry, driven Customer Success professional who actually wants to build something massive?
We are OnCare, a fast-growing UK-based SaaS company. We build a care management software for home care and companionship agencies. We currently have over 500 agencies using our platform, and we are aggressively expanding into the US market.
Right now, I am looking for ONE highly motivated Customer Success Manager to join our team full-time.
I am not looking for a standard "ticket-answerer." I am looking for someone who has serious drive, loves the SaaS world, and wants to eventually become our Head of Customer Success and build out their own local team.
The Schedule:
This is a full-time, dedicated role. You must be online and highly responsive during UK business hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (UK Time), Monday through Friday.
What You Will Actually Be Doing:
Once the sales team closes a deal, the client is yours. You own the relationship.
The Welcome & Onboarding: You will run live Zoom setup calls with new agency owners. You need to make them feel welcome, comfortable, and confident using our software.
Retention & Upselling: You will track their usage and make sure they never want to cancel. If you see an opportunity where they could benefit from an extra feature or upgrade, you confidently upsell them.
Problem Solving: You will handle questions and potential bugs. Agency owners are stressed and busy—you need to have endless patience, a big smile, and calm energy.
The Product Loop: You are the voice of the customer. You will work directly with our tech team to report issues and explain what we need to develop next to keep our clients thrilled.
Who You Are:
Perfect English (Mandatory): You must have an excellent level of spoken English with a very clear US or UK accent. You will be on video with business owners every single day.
You have "The Hunger": You are highly motivated, you love coming to work, and you want to absolutely crush your goals.
Perfectionist & Tech-Savvy: You are obsessed with the details, you learn new software instantly, and you are extremely proactive in your communication with our internal team.
