Solutions Engineer (SASE & Borderless WAN)
Remote | Full-Time

Role Overview

We are hiring a Solutions Engineer to lead complex SASE transformations for enterprise environments. This is not a support role — this is an architecture-led implementation position.

You will own the end-to-end deployment lifecycle of Borderless SD-WAN (BWAN) and ZTNA Next solutions, guiding customers from legacy MPLS or first-generation SD-WAN into a converged, software-defined, zero-trust WAN architecture.

You will operate as the technical authority across multi-site, multi-cloud deployments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead execution of BWAN Deployment Packages across up to 20 sites (8 Hubs / 12 Spokes typical)
• Conduct discovery workshops and define migration strategy from MPLS or Gen-1 SD-WAN to Borderless WAN
• Design and implement overlay/underlay routing fabrics using BGP and OSPF
• Deploy unified SASE client integrating Endpoint SD-WAN and SSE
• Configure Assured AppX to maintain QoE for latency-sensitive applications (Zoom, RingCentral, VoIP, video)
• Implement ZTNA Next Layer 3 Edge for server-initiated and bi-directional flows
• Launch and automate SASE Gateways across AWS, Azure, and GCP
• Produce High-Level Design (HLD) and As-Built documentation
• Deliver structured knowledge transfer sessions to ensure operational readiness

Required Technical Expertise

• Deep hands-on SD-WAN experience (branch to data center scale)
• Strong routing foundation (BGP, OSPF, overlay/underlay segmentation)
• Experience with traffic steering, policy-based routing, and dynamic path remediation
• Security service chaining to Cloud Firewalls, SWG, CASB, DLP
• Experience designing context-aware access policies using device posture and risk signals
• Experience replacing manual CLI workflows with automation-driven operations

Professional Profile

• Comfortable leading architecture discussions with Network Architects
• Able to communicate business impact (ROI, uptime, resiliency) to Infrastructure Executives
• Experienced delivering projects within defined 12–18 week implementation windows
• Structured, documentation-driven, and delivery-oriented

Success in This Role

You will move customers from fragmented network silos into a unified SASE fabric where security and performance follow the user from branch to home to cloud.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in enterprise networking, SD-WAN, or SASE implementations
• Proven experience leading multi-site rollouts
• Multi-cloud networking exposure (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Strong troubleshooting and architectural problem-solving capability
