JOB OVERVIEW

About the Role

We’re looking for a highly organized and dependable Executive Assistant to support leadership with daily coordination, communication, and backend operations.

This role is not just about assisting. It is about keeping the business running smoothly behind the scenes.

You will be responsible for maintaining structure across schedules, tasks, and internal processes while supporting leadership in staying focused on high-value work.

What You’ll Be Doing

Executive and Admin Support

* Managing calendars, meetings, inboxes, and follow-ups
* Ensuring leadership stays organized and on schedule
* Coordinating internal and external communication

Operations and Process Support

* Creating and maintaining SOPs, checklists, and workflows
* Keeping tasks updated and aligned across the team
* Supporting day-to-day operational coordination

HR and Onboarding Support

* Assisting with new hire onboarding including forms, setup, and documentation
* Maintaining organized employee records and files

Reporting and Documentation

* Preparing reports, summaries, and internal documents
* Using Google Workspace for presentations, trackers, and files

Bookkeeping Support

* Tracking expenses and basic financial data
* Assisting with simple reports and record organization
* Supporting bookkeeping processes as needed

Requirements (Important)

Please apply only if you meet most of the following:

* At least 1 year experience as an Executive Assistant
* At least 1 year experience in a BPO environment
* Basic bookkeeping skills such as expense tracking and simple reports
* Excellent written and spoken English
* Strong attention to detail and time management
* Able to work independently with minimal supervision
* Comfortable using:

* Google Workspace such as Docs, Sheets, and Calendar
* Microsoft Office Suite
* Project management tools such as ClickUp, Notion, or similar
* Able to write clear SOPs, instructions, and internal documentation

Nice to Have (Not Required)

* Canva for basic designs or presentations
* Experience supporting remote or international teams
* Familiarity with CRM or task management systems
