JOB OVERVIEW

About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Loan Processor to join our growing financial services team. In this role, you will be the backbone of our lending operations — reviewing, verifying, and processing loan applications from submission through closing. You will collaborate closely with loan officers, underwriters, and clients to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant loan packages.

Key Responsibilities:
01 Review and verify loan applications for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with lending policies and regulatory requirements.
02 Collect and organize required documentation including income verification, credit reports, tax returns, employment records, and appraisals.
03 Order and track third-party services such as appraisals, title searches, flood certifications, and credit supplements.
04 Communicate with borrowers, real estate agents, and loan officers to obtain outstanding conditions and ensure timely loan closings.
05 Identify and resolve discrepancies or red flags in loan documentation, escalating issues to underwriters or supervisors as needed.
06 Coordinate loan closing activities including preparation of closing disclosures, settlement statements, and final loan packages.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of loan processing, banking, or credit-related experience
- Proficiency in Loan Origination Systems (LOS) and MS Office Suite
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Effective written and verbal communication in Filipino and English
- Ability to manage multiple loan files and meet tight deadlines
