Role Summary
We are seeking an AI Implementation Specialist to help drive our internal APEX initiative, focused on bringing practical AI into the business to improve speed, accuracy, reporting, process consistency, and operational execution.
This is a full-time role for someone who is highly organized, resourceful, detail-oriented, and excited about using AI tools to solve real business problems. This person does not need to be a traditional software engineer, but they do need to be highly capable with modern AI tools and able to use them to build workflows, improve processes, create useful outputs, and move projects forward quickly.
You will start by supporting quality control and execution inside our APEX roadmap, helping validate outputs, improve workflows, organize information, and assist in implementation. Over time, this role will expand into building and improving AI-enabled systems across multiple departments.
This is a role for a builder. We are not looking for someone who only talks about AI. We are looking for someone who can use it to produce real results inside a real business.
What You Will Be Working On
Examples of projects in this role may include:
• AI-assisted SOP creation, refinement, and maintenance
• KPI dashboards, scorecards, and reporting support
• Workflow automations
• Process mapping and documentation
• Data cleanup and structuring for AI use
• Internal knowledge organization
• Quality control of AI-generated outputs
• Building practical tools and workflows that improve team performance
• Supporting implementation of our APEX roadmap across departments
Primary Duties
• Help execute and support our internal APEX initiative for AI adoption and business improvement
• Review, validate, and improve AI-generated work for accuracy, usefulness, and consistency
• Build and refine workflows using AI tools to improve business processes
• Assist in documenting SOPs, workflows, standards, and process maps
• Help create reporting tools, metrics tracking systems, and operational scorecards
• Organize business information so it can be used more effectively by AI systems
• Collaborate with leadership and internal tea
• Test ideas quickly, improve them, and turn them into repeatable systems
• Use good judgment to distinguish between useful output and low-quality AI-generated noise
• Support implementation projects across operations, admin, finance, customer service, and other business functions
• Maintain clear documentation of what is being built, why it matters, and how it should be used
• Continuously look for ways to improve efficiency, leverage, and execution

• Other internal systems and operational tools
We will provide access to Claude Code for the person hired for this role.

• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
• Good judgment and problem-solving ability
• Reliable follow-through and professional work habits
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with workflow automation tools such as n8n
• Experience with spreadsheets, reporting, and KPI tracking
• Experience supporting SOPs, QA, process improvement, or operations
• Basic familiarity with APIs, SQL, databases, or structured business data (nice to have)
• Experience using AI to support implementation rather than just content generation
• Experience working with U.S.-based companies or remote teams (nice to have)
This Role Is Not For You If
• You only have theoretical interest in AI and no real examples of using it to improve work
• You rely on AI outputs without checking them for quality or accuracy
• Your written English is weak
• You struggle to follow structure, naming conventions, or process discipline
• You are not comfortable learning new software and systems quickly
• You need constant direction for every task
• You cannot work the required schedule consistently
• You are looking for a side job rather than a serious full-time role
Employment Details
Position Type: Full-time
This role requires full availability during assigned hours and cannot be combined with other employment.
Schedule: Monday through Friday, U.S. Central Time, 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM with a 1-hour break
Philippines equivalent timing will vary seasonally.
Compensation: PHP 45,000 - 75,000 monthly, paid weekly
Paid leave provided for recognized U.S. holidays when operations are suspended.
