JOB OVERVIEW

We’re currently expanding our Chat Support team and are looking for someone reliable to assist with daily customer communication.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for handling customer inquiries, understanding individual needs, and ensuring every interaction is professional and positive. You should feel confident in conversations, know how to build trust, and aim to create long-term customer satisfaction.
