We're scaling Hikakai, a DTC shampoo bar brand selling in the US and Europe.
You'll be creating 30+ static ad creatives per month plus website and packaging design.
What you'll do:
Design 30+ static ad creatives per month for
Landing page and website visuals
Packaging design and brand collateral
Iterate on creatives based on ad performance data — you'll know which of your ads made money and why
Must-haves:
Portfolio showing static ad creatives that actually ran as paid ads (if you only have logos, branding decks, or Canva templates, don't apply)
Understands direct response design: visual hierarchy, headline placement, contrast, scroll-stopping layouts (if you don't know what a hook is in an ad, don't apply)
Experience designing for DTC or e-commerce brands (if you've never made an ad for a product someone actually bought, don't apply)
Fast turnaround: sometimes same-day iterations on winning concepts (if you need a week per design, don't apply)
Good English communication (if you can't understand a creative brief without 10 back-and-forth messages, don't apply)
