JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking an experienced graphic designer for a template redesign project covering our core real estate marketing materials: Just Listed flyers, Just Sold flyers, and email blast campaigns. All templates will be designed and delivered in PowerPoint so that our team can easily update property-specific content on an ongoing basis without needing design experience. Templates must be clearly organized, visually polished, and simple to edit.

Qualifications:
• Demonstrated experience designing marketing materials (print and digital)
• Strong proficiency in PowerPoint
• Understanding of effective email layout and design best practices
• Real estate marketing experience is a plus
