Sales Appointment Setter | Full-Time

Salary: $1,000/month + performance bonuses
Hours: 40 hours per week
Working Hours: 9am – 6pm UK time
Reports to: Sales Manager

About the Role

Join a fast-growing international education company where you’ll be responsible for engaging with leads, booking sales calls, and earning performance-based bonuses in a supportive, high-energy team environment.

This role is responsible for creating sales opportunities by engaging with leads and booking qualified calls for our Sales Executives.

You will be communicating with leads across WhatsApp, email, phone calls, and other channels.

Your role is to guide conversations, follow up consistently, and ensure that interested leads are converted into booked calls.

This is a performance-driven role. You will be expected to manage a high volume of conversations and consistently hit booking targets.

Strategic in how they approach conversations and follow-up

Key Responsibilities

Engage with leads via WhatsApp, phone, email, and other platforms
Respond quickly and professionally to inbound enquiries
Follow up with leads who have not yet booked
Guide conversations toward booking a call
Manage and track leads using CRM systems
Maintain high levels of activity and responsiveness
Attend tea ---------- etings and training sessions

Requirements

Minimum 2 years experience in sales or appointment setting
Strong English communication skills (written and spoken)
Confident and comfortable speaking on the phone
Experience using CRM systems and communication tools
Ability to manage a high volume of conversations
Strong organisational skills
Reliable internet and working setup
