JOB OVERVIEW

Job Description:
We are seeking qualified nurses for a remote tutoring role under a developing academic support initiative. This opportunity is ideal for nurses who are strong in teaching, writing, and guiding aspiring healthcare workers in academic and professional development.

Tutors will provide structured support across three tutoring tracks:

1) Psychiatric Nursing / PMHNP Track
Support learners in psychiatric nursing and mental health-related topics such as assessment, psychopathology, psychopharmacology, therapeutic communication, case analysis, treatment planning, and clinical documentation.

2) Nursing Leadership Track (Psych experience)
Support learners in leadership, decision-making, communication, professionalism, healthcare systems, team coordination, quality improvement, and related nursing leadership topics.

3) Academic Writing and Clinical Documentation Track
Support learners in source-based writing, care plans, case summaries, reflection papers, discussion responses, documentation structure, grammar, organization, and professional written communication.

This role involves tutoring, academic coaching, writing support, and helping learners build stronger professional habits. We are looking for applicants who can explain concepts clearly, write well, and guide others in a responsible and academically honest way.

Requirements:
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required
• Active RN license required
• Strong written English skills
• Strong academic and professional communication skills
• Organized, responsible, and detail-oriented
• Able to tutor, explain concepts clearly, and provide constructive feedback
• Interest or experience in psychiatric nursing, leadership, documentation, or academic support is an advantage

Important Academic Integrity Standard:
This role requires strong writing ability and respect for original work. Tutors must be comfortable guiding learners using credible sources, proper citation, and clear academic writing.

No AI-generated academic work is allowed.
Tutors must not use AI to write assignments, case analyses, discussion posts, reflection papers, or other academic submissions for learners. All work must be original, source-based, and completed with academic integrity.

Compensation:
Gig-based and performance-based. Further details will be discussed with selected applicants.

Application Requirements:
