Seeking Experienced BSN Nurses (Leadership • Psychiatric • Academic Support)
1-Year Commitment Preferred

We are seeking experienced BSN-prepared nurses, psychiatric experience to serve in a remote tutoring and academic support role under a church-based nonprofit initiative. This opportunity is ideal for nurses who are studious, responsible, compassionate, socially skilled, and committed to helping others grow academically and professionally.

We are especially interested in nurses with strengths in leadership, psychiatric nursing, tutoring, and academic writing, who are willing to make a serious one-year commitment to serving learners with consistency and integrity.

### Tutoring Tracks

1) Psychiatric Nursing / PMHNP Track
Assessment, psychopathology, psychopharmacology, therapeutic communication, case analysis, treatment planning, and clinical documentation.

2) Nursing Leadership Track
Leadership, decision-making, communication, professionalism, healthcare systems, team coordination, and quality improvement.

3) Academic Writing & Clinical Documentation Track
Care plans, case summaries, reflection papers, discussion posts, grammar, organization, and professional writing.

- BSN required
- Active RN license required
- Strong written English and communication skills
- Experience in leadership, psychiatric nursing, tutoring, or academic support preferred

- Willing to commit for at least one year
