JOB OVERVIEW

I need a full time executive sales assistant. I am the CEO of a consulting company that assists multiple business in their business operations. Due to this we get a very high commission rate per sale per business. I am looking to bring on an individual that is educated, competent in sales, willing to learn and adapt to new businesses, and has a strong understanding of the English language. This individual needs to be able to get on Google Meetings or phone calls as well. The primary objective of this role is to do sales outreach on behalf of the businesses we work with. If this individual was to land a sale or set a meeting on my calendar for me to sell upon closing they would earn a very lucrative bonus on top of their monthly salary. This bonus could be hundreds to thousands of dollars depending on how lucrative the sale becomes. I need someone that is a self motivator and is eager/hungry to make money. I am slow to hire quick to fire and loyal to a fault. If you do good work I will take care of you extremely well.
