JOB OVERVIEW

We are hiring an Entry-Level Debt Collection Opener — your main role is to initiate conversations, build engagement, and qualify debtors before escalation to senior negotiators.

This is a phone-heavy role. You must be confident, clear, and comfortable speaking with U.S.-based individuals.

Responsibilities
• Make outbound calls to debtors
• Start conversations and establish contact effectively
• Verify information and gather basic details
• Set the tone for further negotiation
• Follow scripts while maintaining a natural flow
• Log call outcomes and notes accurately
